David Jacquot is a senior attorney with over 20 years’ experience in Florida as an attorney. David brings with him an education background with degrees in both law and accounting and previously passed the CPA exam, but his passion is helping family members by concentrating his practice in Probate and Trust Administration. He helps families compassionately navigate the administrative process after a loved one passes away. Prior to moving to Florida over twenty years ago, David worked on a 180-million-dollar estate case of a prominent corporate attorney who died without a Will. Numerous litigations ensued and the estate lasted for over 12 years, with multiple appeals. David has seen first-hand the devastating effects on family members during the time of loss. He works towards helping them in their time of need of settling the affairs of the deceased loved one and transitioning the titling of the assets to the beneficiaries.
Prior to his legal career, David served our country in the US Army, with combat wartime service in Operation Desert Storm/Shield in Southwest Asia and ended his military career conducting undercover Counterintelligence Special Agent-investigations concerning subversion and espionage in Central and Southern Texas.
David continues to give back to his community with prior service as a city commissioner and has many awards, memberships and accolades, both, professionally and personally, but relishes positive change, time with his children and helping clients put their family first.
