About Us

Family First Firm Foundation (also referred to as “the Organization”) is an established 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in March 2019. Our mission is to be a beacon of hope by providing peace of mind to those who need help. We achieve this by providing financial assistance to professionals and organizations supporting the seniors living in the communities served by Hoatson Law, PA dba Family First Firm.

To provide peace of mind and support to those in need.

Vision

To create a future where every senior and vulnerable individual has access to the support they need to age with dignity and security.

Funding

Our goal is to raise $100,000 over the next year to support professionals or organizations who offer advocacy services to low-income and underserved seniors in Seminole, Lake, and Volusia counties.

Challenge

There is a significant gap in the availability of support for pro bono guardianship services in our community. Many incapacitated individuals are unable to provide the financial information necessary to access essential services like Medicaid, leading to prolonged hospital stays and delays in receiving proper care. Family First Firm Foundation aims to bridge this gap by offering financial support to professional guardians, enabling them to take on cases for indigent individuals.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of individuals whose backgrounds consist of more than 25 years of experience in the legal, business, and non-profit arena.
