A fun-filled morning of health, wellness, local resources, and community connection is coming to Winter Park this October!
WINTER PARK, FL — What does it mean to age well? It’s having the right information, knowing where to turn for support, staying connected to your community, and making time for your health and well-being.
That’s exactly what Family First Firm’s Aging Well Health Fair is all about!
On Saturday, October 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Family First Firm will welcome seniors, caregivers, families, and community members to Seven Oaks Park in Winter Park for a free morning filled with helpful resources, health education, fun activities, and opportunities to connect with organizations that support our community.

The Aging Well Health Fair is designed to be more than just an informational event. It’s a chance to bring the community together and make learning about health and aging easy, enjoyable, and accessible.

Guests can take advantage of free health screenings from True Health, with nurses available to provide blood pressure and blood glucose screenings. These convenient screenings provide an opportunity to check in on two important aspects of your overall health while you’re enjoying the event.
The first 100 attendees will receive a FREE Aging Well Health Fair swag bag filled with goodies so get there on time!
Get ready for one of the sweetest parts of the day! Honey’s Mini Therapy Adventures will be joining us with their adorable mini therapy horses. Stop by to meet these special animals, learn about the benefits of therapy animals, and enjoy a memorable photo opportunity!
Need a refreshing pick-me-up while you explore the health fair? Go Juice Food Truck will be on-site with refreshments available for purchase, including fresh smoothies and fruit bowls.
