Family First Firm Announces Achievement

ORLANDO, Florida—Geoff Hoatson, CEO and Founding Attorney of Family First Firm, announces the law firm’s achievement of the 2023 Inc. 5000 List for the second time since 2021. Inc. 5000 ranks companies that must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2019, according to percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. In addition, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—meaning not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies as of December 31, 2022. For 2019, the minimum revenue requirement is $100,000, and for 2022, $2 million.

Family First Firm ranked 4,160 on the list, with 108% 3-year growth. Established in 2009 with the mission of protecting loved ones and legacies, the results-driven firm is passionate about elder law, constantly finding innovative ways to`improve and serve clients. Hoatson built the firm on three core values: relentless optimism, passion, and doing the right thing. His firm’s commitment to these core values has resulted in being the highest-rated elder law firm in Florida.

“At Family First Firm, we pride ourselves on demonstrating empathy and offering a personal touch to each client,” says Hoatson. “We have families and understand the importance of protecting your loved ones and legacy through estate planning, Medicaid asset protection, guardianship, and probate. Understanding that each family has unique needs and circumstances, we tailor our approach to high-quality, competent, and cutting-edge legal services. I’m grateful to my exceptional team for living our core values daily and making this achievement possible for the second time. For us, ‘always by your side’ is not just a tagline but a philosophy that informs everything we do in an industry known for apathy and legalese. We look forward to serving the people of Central Florida and throughout the state for many years to come.”
